I joined Fortino Group in March 2022 and partner closely with Jo Wilkinson to support companies across the VC and PE portfolios. Together, we’ve helped deliver 240+ hires and over €3 million in recruitment fee savings. I’ve personally worked hands-on with 15 portfolio companies and directly placed around 100 of those hires, acting as a trusted extension of founding and leadership teams at critical growth moments.
My background spans executive recruiting, advisory, and coaching roles in the global technology ecosystem. Before Fortino, I advised enterprise leaders and technology vendors at Gartner and trained as a Co-Active Career Coach, combining commercial insight with a strong focus on leadership, values, and motivation.
I called Hong Kong home for five years and became a mother of two during the COVID years — experiences that shaped my global mindset and deepened my belief in building resilient, human-centred companies. Away from work, life revolves around my children, strong coffee, and helping founders build teams that last.
